UX/UI, and Design Strategy for Evergent’s enterprise products and client acquisition UX demos

  • Led proof-of-concept UX demos, securing multi-million dollar contracts, showcasing consumer-facing experiences (storefront, tickets, subscription, and churn management) for clients like NBA, BBC, and Astro.

  • Redesigned the Account Management module to enhance the experience of Customer Care Agents. Conducted real-time observations of care agents from clients like FOX and AT&T, gathered feedback through questionnaires and interviews, and utilized UX tools like design stories to craft empathetic user journeys.

  • Design System Development. Creating a foundational core driver to standardize and harmonize the design of the product across a range of platforms.

  • Designed IP protected features, and strategies to explore future product functionalities. Led the annual design internship initiative, fostering emerging talent and innovation.

  • Project managed our rebranding exercise. Aligned design with marketing and strategic goals, fostering cross-departmental collaboration with global teams for a unified design experience.

End-to-end design, and connected device experience for a subscription management product

  • Engaged in UX research, gamification analysis, prototyping, and the user interface design for a lighter, device-agnostic version of Evergent’s enterprise B2B SaaS platform.

  • Introduced a smart auto-fill feature, decreasing the number of clicks from sign-up to accessing the dashboard by 64.29% (from 70 clicks to 25 clicks).

  • Implemented a leaner sign-up process, resulting in a 48.82% reduction in sign-up time (from 8.23 to 4.21 minutes ), based on user feedback and usability testing.

  • Designed a connected experience across various smart devices, ensuring seamless interaction for the user - from their smartwatch to their smart TV.
