User Story

For Evergent solution architects and development teams, this tool would serve as a comprehensive platform to showcase the capabilities of Evergent's APIs, demonstrating seamless integration, adaptability, and scalability across industries.

The tool would also need to captivate potential clients by offering immersive demos addressing their pain points, and extending solutions to end-user experience challenges such as complex subscription account management, customer retention flows, subscription billing, and customizable storefronts.

Solution architects review client RFPs and prepare a business requirements document.

Designers and Developers collaboratively engage to address the client’s end-user pain points.

Streamline development processes, reduce turnaround times, and potentially increase conversion rates.

Approach

A building-block based customizable platform that would remain unchanged at its core, but would add on or switch blocks to adapt across industries like OTT, sports, and e-commerce. The objective was to reduce development effort between client demos, and increase conversion by effectively highlighting the resolution of business pain points, like customer churn or dynamic promotions.

Common foundational elements would include sections like promotion banners (top), headers, footers, and the entire account management section (bottom).

Industry-specific elements would include sections like e-commerce storefront (top), OTT content scroll (bottom), and plan selection.

Each template is built from pre-configured building-blocks designed to cater to various industries like OTT and sports. These sections can be rearranged in multiple ways to create diverse combinations and strategies, allowing teams to tailor their approach to each client demo for optimal results.

This section above shows a basic plan selection and checkout process, along with a premium product card.

Common foundational elements such as promotion banners, headers, footers, and most of the account management section are utilized to reduce pre-demo configuration time. The account management section is designed to showcase all the essential capabilities effectively.
